Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll be critical in creating outstanding customer moments and advancing our sales initiatives. No prior experience necessary—our thorough training program has you covered! Position: Customer Experience Leader Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: Up to $23/Hr total compensation (Base hourly rate + profit sharing + tips) Schedule: Full Time – 4-5 shifts weekly (1 weekend shift mandatory + 3-4 weekday shifts) Why Us? Requirements
- Upbeat attitude, dependability, and customer service orientation
- Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
- Physical Capability: Must lift up to 75+ lbs. frequently.
- Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, warehousing, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW Moments: Amaze customers with your enthusiastic attitude and exceptional service.
- Drive and Manage Trucks: Partner with team members for safe, effective vehicle operations.
- Complete Junk Removal Tasks: Execute heavy and light lifting to remove items from homes and businesses.
- Champion Our Brand: Present our company professionally and provide precise pricing quotes.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and maintain professional appearance in company uniform.
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
