The Junior Technician will support daily technical and operational activities within a laboratory, mechanical, or manufacturing environment. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who have completed an internship or gained hands-on professional experience in a lab, mechanical, or production setting and are looking to build a technical career. #LAT
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine laboratory, mechanical, or manufacturing operations
- Support setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and instrumentation
- Perform basic testing, measurements, and data collection following established procedures
- Document test results, production data, and observations accurately
- Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues
- Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff on daily tasks
- Assist with inventory tracking, materials handling, and equipment preparation
