About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Technical Analyst with strong analytical ability, a growth mindset, and a desire to learn AI/automation, IT operations, and compliance practices. This is an early-career position designed to support federal contracts, internal IT operations, system compliance, and audit-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) : Learn and apply AI/ML, automation, and no-code tools to support federal contract deliverables and internal process improvements. Assist in prototyping technical solutions: automated workflows, data pipelines, chatbots, dashboards, and internal productivity tools. Support device management, user onboarding/offboarding, account and license management, and general IT support (hardware, software, access issues). Help maintain inventories of equipment, software licenses, and system configurations. Support documentation of IT policies, procedures, controls; help track compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, CMMC, agency-specific requirements). Help collect and prepare documentation, evidence, and audit artifacts; assist in internal and external audit preparation, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions. Support data analysis tasks: basic data cleaning, exploration, dashboard creation using spreadsheets, SQL, Python or no-code tools (training provided). Assist with project support: documentation, task tracking, Agile workflow coordination, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, cyber, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical analysis, compliance support, data analysis, government contracting, or related fields.
  • Basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Exposure and ability to use automation or AI tools, RPA platforms, or no-code automation builders.
  • Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team, fast-paced environment.
  • US citizenship or permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, federal security standards), or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with IT admin tools (account management, identity management, MDM, cloud platforms).
  • Prior experience in consulting, government contracting, or customer-facing support roles.
