Junior Sourcing Support Specialist supports the local team by keeping workflows organized and priorities clear in Chicago. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and across multiple concurrent workstreams with tight deadlines. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.

Requirements

• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple orders concurrently.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and structured documentation requirements.
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination.
• Professional vendor communication and negotiation awareness.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes with consistent accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier records and ensure approvals and documentation are complete.
• Track delivery timelines and follow up on backorders or discrepancies.
• Coordinate renewals and contract routing with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with cost comparisons and simple spend summaries.
• Apply practical skills in supplier coordination to improve reliability and turnaround times.
