About The Position

MBA CSi is looking for a motivated Junior Software Tester to support the United States Postal Service's Retail Technology Programs in Merrifield, VA. In this role, you'll dive into hands-on testing for innovative retail technology solutions that power one of the nation's most trusted institutions. You'll be part of the action from start to finish-helping ensure top-quality software and seamless releases that support USPS operations nationwide.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (must be from a U.S.-accredited program; ABET preferred)
0-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and specialized testing tools
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed

Responsibilities

Review requirement specifications and perform production validations before rollout
Track and document software defects in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Develop and test Change Requests, including ADD files, Test Cases, and Test Scripts
Conduct End-to-End and Regression Testing across software and infrastructure releases
Collaborate with engineers and developers to verify system performance and reliability
Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment to meet deadlines and quality goals
