About The Position

BAE Systems is looking for skilled ServiceNOW Developers to support a complex software and systems modernization integration program for our customer. The position is on a hybrid work arrangment. Remote work arrangement will be considered on a case by case basis. These ServiceNOW Developers will be responsible for: Create, deploy and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environment Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through ServiceNow to ensure customer data integrity and security Utilize DevSecOps tools to include Foreman, GitLab, Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and maintain Tool changes Architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources to work with ServiceNow Work within complex modern cloud architectures Create and update technical documentation (e.g., user guides, ‘how to’ guides, infrastructure diagrams) Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership Work effectively in a group environment Create automated testing plans Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally Utilize robust troubleshooting skills Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
3 years of ServiceNow experience
Solid administrative/engineering rigor
Solid ability to verify and validate ServiceNow and systems integrated with ServiceNow (end to end and regression)
Troubleshooting and solutioning skills
Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)
Strong documentation skills
Familiar with Agile Methodologies
Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
Experience and comfortability with Basic DevOps Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab)
Experience with or willingness to learn developing automated testing plans and creating test scripts in (Selenium) for ServiceNow
Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes
Preparation and maintenance of ServiceNow components
Solid Understanding of how ServiceNow works with Active Directory (AD) and LDAP

Masters Degree
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, FlowDesigner, and SAM
