About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and assisting with strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a sales leadership career path.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good team collaboration and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and developing relationships with existing clients.
Support Director of Sales and Marketing in executing sales strategies and campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales processes.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Keep group files, room blocks, and event details organized so everything runs smoothly.
Ensure all group accounts are billed accurately and in a timely manner, including room blocks, event services, food & beverage, and ancillary charges.
Review, refine, and finalize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event details and billing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and flawless execution.
Prepare and present weekly function agenda meetings for department leaders.
