What You’ll Be Doing Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen Requirements What We’re Looking For You do not need prior sales experience. We’re looking for people who are: Highly motivated and goal-oriented Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve Comfortable communicating by phone and email Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required.
