About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within our sales team.  The main drivers for this role include processing Salesforce cases related to user requests and providing ad hoc reports and analysis to drive efficiency in the Sales GTM team. The ideal candidate for the Junior Revenue Operations Analyst position is analytically minded, with a strong ability to interpret data and a natural inclination toward problem-solving. They possess an acute attention to detail, which is essential for managing data and creating accurate reports. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and CRM systems (ex. Salesforce, Looker)
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting (Salesforce) and best practices with sales cadence tools (Salesloft)
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in creating sales dashboards and ad-hoc reports
  • Understanding of sales processes and metrics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Salesforce (SFDC) case queue to assist with new account creation, account updates and other case types, ensuring timely and accurate setup for effective tracking and management.
  • Assists with the management of the RFP process to ensure timely delivery of materials to the sales team.
  • Address and resolve general Salesforce requests from the sales team, including data cleanup and system troubleshooting, to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Enforce data hygiene by utilizing exception-based reporting tools; responsible for the maintenance of these dashboards and the continuous improvement of data quality.
  • Identify new areas of data hygiene focus, expanding and enhancing exception-based reporting dashboards to capture evolving data management needs.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize the use of Salesforce for campaign management, lead tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations on sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Participate in Salesforce & Salesloft training and development initiatives to stay updated on the latest features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance collective expertise.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new Salesforce features or third-party integrations, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required, providing analytical support and insights to drive decision-making and business growth.
