Junior Recruiter
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts by conducting outbound phone calls to real estate agents and prospective agents, managing pre-screen conversations, and coordinating next steps in the recruiting process. This role is highly administrative and process-driven, with a focus on qualifying candidates, documenting interactions, and converting pre-screen calls into scheduled interviews. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, inside sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or spreadsheet tracking systems
- Experience working toward activity-based or conversion-based goals
- Prior experience in sales or call-based roles is a plus
- Exposure to activity-based goals (work, school, internships, sports, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents
- Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions
- Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits
- Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or recruiting database
- Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
- Manage call lists and follow-up cadence to ensure consistent outreach
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
