About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts by conducting outbound phone calls to real estate agents and prospective agents, managing pre-screen conversations, and coordinating next steps in the recruiting process. This role is highly administrative and process-driven, with a focus on qualifying candidates, documenting interactions, and converting pre-screen calls into scheduled interviews.   • Coachable and receptive to performance feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, inside sales, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or spreadsheet tracking systems
  • Experience working toward activity-based or conversion-based goals
  • Prior experience in sales or call-based roles is a plus
  • Exposure to activity-based goals (work, school, internships, sports, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents
  • Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions
  • Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits
  • Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or recruiting database
  • Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Manage call lists and follow-up cadence to ensure consistent outreach
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
