Summary The Morgan & Morgan Case Control Center (CCC) is seeking an energetic, dedicated, organized, and efficient Recruiter with solid time management skills. This role is responsible for fulfilling staffing needs within our CCC intake department. The ideal candidate is a ambassador, passionate about people, detail-oriented, adapts to change quickly, and can work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of Talent management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Greenhouse, the organization’s ATS.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting for roles across various practice areas in the CCC including case consultants, support staff, and operations.
  • Ability to support the Day 1 orientation process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on approval processes of open requisitions.
  • Initiate candidate outreach, including sending emails, text messages, social media and phone calls to potential candidates.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
