About The Position

We're on the hunt for a high-energy, motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find amazing people across our Sales, Aesthetics, and Medical sales teams. This is a perfect role for someone early in their recruiting career who's excited to roll up their sleeves, learn the ins and outs of full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional, motivated, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Exposure to recruiting in sales, medical, or aesthetic industries
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
Basic understanding of hiring laws and compliance
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting for sales, aesthetic, and medical positions
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with job postings and candidate outreach
Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track candidate progress and assist with recruiting reports
Stay up to date on recruiting best practices and industry trends
