About The Position

We're on the hunt for a high-energy, motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find amazing people across our Sales, Aesthetics, and Medical sales teams. This is a perfect role for someone early in their recruiting career who's excited to roll up their sleeves, learn the ins and outs of full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional, motivated, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to recruiting in sales, medical, or aesthetic industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
  • Basic understanding of hiring laws and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for sales, aesthetic, and medical positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with job postings and candidate outreach
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidate progress and assist with recruiting reports
  • Stay up to date on recruiting best practices and industry trends
