You will be the operational heartbeat of your projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. Requirements
- A university degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in project coordination, a PMO, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter attitude perfect for remote work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PPT).
- Comfort collaborating with international teams across different time zones.
- A reliable home office setup and are based in Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive tasks to completion for assigned projects.
- Be the Communication Hub: Facilitate key meetings and deliver clear, concise reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Anticipate & Solve: Proactively identify risks and issues, managing them within your scope and escalating when needed.
- Own Client Relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain impeccable project documentation and support validation processes to guarantee flawless delivery.
