Requirements

0-3 years of experience in pricing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of proposal processes including generation of cost volume documents/deliverables.
Familiarity with different proposal (ROMs, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, etc.) and contract (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, etc.) types.
Familiarity with FAR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task between changing requirements and priorities.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent presentations skills with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
Desire to expand your knowledge of pricing, price strategy, and to help rapidly grow new business.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narrative in accordance with RFP requirements.
Work closely with internal clients to obtain appropriate data to complete pricing.
Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management.
Complete pricing analysis tasks to support bid strategy decision points.
Ensure compliance with of TISTA’s standard pricing processes.
Assume hands-on role in maintaining pricing models and various other tools.
Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed.
