The Junior Patent Filing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of patent filing projects. Working under senior project managers, this entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn project management skills and develop expertise in the patent filing and localization domain.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure or interest about the patent filing and localization industry.
Experience in project management is preferred
Experience in financial management and budget
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scoping, and gathering requirements for client projects.
Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
Monitor budgets and assist in controlling project costs.
Help prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Learn to identify and mitigate risks while contributing to contingency planning.
Build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
Actively seek ways to improve processes for better delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in training to become proficient in project management tools, systems, and methodologies.
