About The Position

Works under general supervision of the Materials Department leadership to ensure that materials, supplies, and services meet or exceed operations and customer expectations. Effectively follows all written and taught SOPs / procedures and instructions. Focuses on ordering materials, working with procurement software, and tracking deliveries to meet production timelines.

Requirements

• Desire minimum 1-year general inventory / warehouse experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely order placements.
• Process daily MRP reports
• Deliver zero stockouts due to purchase order and planning inaccuracies.
• Provide timely procurement lead time quotes for sales.
• Manage and update inventory stocking levels.
• Resolve order discrepancies swiftly to avoid delays in receiving items.
• Foster effective communication with suppliers within the team and across departments.
