Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manufacturing Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, fabrication, or a technical environment (internships count).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with project management tools is helpful.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or supply chain operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, material planning, production activities, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support the development of project timelines, task lists, and documentation.
  • Maintain communication with engineering, operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Help manage project documentation, submittals, drawings, and customer communications.
  • Assist with preparing cost estimates, budget updates, and project status reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to support deliveries, installations, and site readiness.
  • Ensure project documentation and specifications are accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and help streamline project workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support senior project managers and project teams.
