About The Position

Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Junior IT Support Engineer (Contract) to join our growing organization. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (FiDi), requiring 30 hours per week and at least three days in the office.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems
  • Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N)
  • Experience with G Suite and Google Admin
  • Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA
  • Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Computer and Printer Support
  • New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Conduct corporate training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding-offboarding
  • Maintain the daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment.
  • Help with maintaining IT asset and inventory management
  • Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned
