We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role you will be responsible for independently resolving a wide range of end-user technical issues while contributing to daily IT operations. This role builds on foundational support experience and requires greater responsibility in user administration, hardware lifecycle management, and moderate troubleshooting. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and help drive efficient IT service delivery. This is NOT a remote role. Must be located in or moving to Sioux Falls, SD to be considered.
