SAIC is seeking an IT Event Support Technician to serve on a team supporting our customer, the HQ USINDOPACOM J76, K. Mark Takai Pacific Warfighting Center to provide tier I technical support during exercises and events while managing user accounts, system imaging, SharePoint site creation, and SIPR token processing. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide level I software, hardware, A/V VTC, and network support during and in preparation for PWC exercises and events. Create and manage user and group accounts across enclaves of responsibilities. Deploy baseline system images and configuration using MDT, MECM, or Kickstart. Wipe workstations after each event. Manage user accounts and troubleshoot login issues. Manage VDI desktops and user sessions. Create and manage SharePoint sites in support of events. Respond to Jira Service Tickets. Setup, Test VTC equipment prior to use and troubleshoot issues while in use. Assist warehouse personnel with asset management and equipment accountability. Write and update SOPs and documentation. Perform Local Registration Authority (LRA) duties: Process SIPR tokens for staff members and temporary tokens for event participants. Revoke, reset, and troubleshoot tokens. Update the LRA Logbook and prepare for audit inspections.
