About The Position

POLA Marketing is an integrated creative agency where strategy lives upstairs and production happens downstairs . We produce photography, video, and design in-house and pair it with performance-driven marketing to help brands grow with clarity and impact. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our creative team across social media, paid advertising, and digital brand content. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong design fundamentals and wants to learn how creative performance connects to real marketing results. You’ll work closely with senior designers, video editors, brand managers, and our marketing team to create content that is both visually strong and strategically informed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
  • 0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work count)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; Figma a plus)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color
  • Familiarity with social media formats and digital design specs
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital and social design work

Nice To Haves

  • Motion graphics or basic video experience
  • Familiarity with paid social creative
  • Agency or multi-brand experience
  • Interest in performance-driven design

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns
  • Adapt and resize creative for multiple platforms and formats
  • Execute designs using established brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on briefs and revisions
  • Apply performance feedback to improve future creative
  • Maintain organized project files and follow internal workflows
  • Support larger creative and studio projects as needed
