The Opportunity: This role sits at the intersection of design, brand, and storytelling. You’ll support and elevate multiple brands within our portfolio—including Areté Collective, Denton House Design Studio, and our development projects—by creating cohesive, refined visual assets across digital and print platforms. Working closely with our Corporate and Development Marketing teams, you’ll help translate vision into visuals: from presentation decks and marketing collateral to social media templates and website updates. This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys variety, values organization, and thrives in a fast-moving, design-forward environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional Graphic Design experience
  • Experience working for a luxury brand- Interior Design or Luxury Real Estate experience and/or Development preferred
  • Proficiency in InDesign; Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and WordPress experience a plus
  • Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to take on a variety of roles simultaneously and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills –verbal, written, and visually
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient, can take instruction and easily run with it to completion
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the office

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality brand and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Create digital assets including pitch decks, templates, sales collateral, e-newsletters, and advertisements
  • Support social media and website updates in partnership with the marketing team
  • Help evolve and maintain brand templates, guidelines, and digital asset libraries
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for print production
  • Support project-specific marketing needs such as signage, collateral, newsletters, and branded swag
  • Assist with executive-level presentations and project proposals
  • Keep files, assets, and visual systems organized and accessible
