About The Position

We have immediate openings for Junior Financial Systems Analyst to join our newly awarded Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support (PEO IWS BFM) contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the Company and this 5-year contract. This position is located in Washington, DC. ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 25th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers' needs. Our employee-owners include acquisition analysts, financial analysts, engineers, configuration specialists, logisticians, technicians, IT professionals, and ship production specialists providing integral, quality support to multiple Navy organizations. Requirements

• Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
• 1-4 years of experience supporting a Navy Program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
• Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System.
• Support Senior Financial Analyst in the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives, and various analysis as directed.
