Job Description: Responsible for architecting secure, mission‑aligned solutions that enable Department of Defense customers to achieve operational and strategic outcomes. This role spans specific technical domains as well as the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and “as‑a‑service” offerings), integrating all necessary third‑party components to deliver end‑to‑end capabilities. Due to the responsibilities of this role and working closely with Federal Entities, this role requires a US citizen.

Requirements

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 4+ years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
  • Hands‑on technical IT experience in system and network administration, data center operations, and enterprise infrastructure management; able to apply this expertise to architect, configure, and demonstrate solutions that meet DoD mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical rigor with practical implementation.
  • Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and motivated by contributing to organizational success.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in technology preferred.
  • Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications are strongly preferred.
  • HPE specific certifications ATP/ASE/Master
  • Experience configuring solutions and developing demonstrations or proofs‑of-concept that align with DoD mission requirements.
  • Strong understanding of company solution offerings (hardware, software, services, and “as‑a‑service” models) and how they integrate to support defense programs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to DoD stakeholders, including program managers, acquisition officials, and mission operators.
  • Proven consultative and value‑selling skills, with the ability to link solutions to mission outcomes, cost savings, and readiness improvements.
  • Hands‑on expertise with relevant products, tools, or services, and ability to deliver live demonstrations to DoD customers and partners.
  • Solid project and time management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high‑stakes, compliance‑driven environments.
  • Experience collaborating with defense partners, integrators, and SMEs to deliver complete solutions across classified and unclassified domains.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and articulates compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals that align with DoD mission requirements and acquisition processes.
  • Translates customer business and technical requirements into secure, scalable architectures that meet both near‑term needs and long-term modernization goals.
  • Provides technical expertise to sales teams and DoD stakeholders through briefings, demonstrations, and solution workshops aimed at building trust and mindshare.
  • May be aligned to specific DoD accounts or programs based on mission priority, supporting engagements across combatant commands, defense agencies, or service branches.
  • Understanding of DoD mission environments, acquisition lifecycles, and secure solution delivery.
  • Experience working with defense customers, including knowledge of compliance frameworks, interoperability requirements, and classified/unclassified environments.
  • Ability to bridge technical expertise with mission context, effectively communicating solutions to both technical and operational stakeholders.
