About The Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior E-commerce Operator located in La Mirada, CA. The Junior E-commerce Operator will be responsible for managing daily eCommerce operations, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to assist with promotional activities and analyzing sales data to optimize product performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally Seller Central.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or other platforms.
Familiarity with basic SEO principles for product listings.
Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Basic understanding of paid media campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC).
Bilingual (Korean)

Responsibilities

Support all sales-related tasks across Multi-Country Amazon Marketplaces, Walmart, Target and more.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify channels.
Ensure all product listings are accurate, engaging, optimized for cost-effective SEO, and regularly updated.
Monitor and forecast inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain management (SCM) team.
Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
Assist with the setup, management, and performance tracking of Amazon Sponsored Ads and promotional campaigns.
Support the team with ad-hoc projects related to e-commerce expansion and performance.
