About The Position
Powerflex is a fast-growing ag brand helping ranchers build more profitable grazing systems through high-performance electric fencing, HDPE water infrastructure, reels, and innovative equipment. Our website is our #1 sales tool—and we’re hiring someone to scale it. The Ecommerce Manager owns the performance and day-to-day operation of PowerflexFence.com with a clear focus on: Growing online revenue Increasing conversion rate Improving customer buying experience Launching and merchandising products This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who moves fast and treats the website like a living sales engine.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a Shopify ecommerce store
- Proven success growing online sales
- Strong CRO and merchandising skills
- Data-driven and execution-focused
- Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
Nice To Haves
- Experience in agriculture, western, equine, or blue-collar markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store
- Improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session
- Merchandise products, collections, and bundles
- Launch new products and landing pages
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, email, and SMS
- Build a best-in-class mobile buying experience
- Report weekly on performance and opportunities
