The eCommerce Manager leads the eCommerce Specialist team and oversees the strategic and operational performance of Shepard’s digital commerce platforms. This role ensures exceptional online ordering experiences, efficient workflows, and alignment with event operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation. Key Contributions of the Role Strategic Leadership and Team Management- 70% Lead, mentor, and develop the eCommerce Specialist(s), ensuring high performance and professional growth. Oversee daily operations of Shepard’s eCommerce platforms, with an emphasis on Salesforce-based systems. Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate system enhancements. Ensure all event-specific configurations (catalogs, deadlines, promotions) are accurate and delivered on time. Provide reporting and insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions. Technical Support- 30% Resolve escalated customer or technical issues and partner with IT on system improvements. Support testing and implementation of new features, upgrades, and digital capabilities.
