About The Position

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Junior Digital Designer (App Store Specialist) with a passion for visual design to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in tools like Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator and an eagerness to grow their skills. They should be highly organized, capable of supporting the team on multiple projects, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital design, which can include internships or freelance work, and a strong portfolio of professional and / or academic projects in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
  • Solid foundation in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic familiarity or a willingness to learn After Effects.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT) and the ability to use them for ideation and creative exploration.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual design.
  • Familiarity with ASO principles and mobile game design is a plus, but a strong desire to learn them is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction well, and adapt to feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation of visually appealing campaigns for the App Store including app icons, screenshots, and videos.
  • Designing engaging social media banners and other marketing materials under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Helping to develop compelling video content for ASO and marketing purposes, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
  • Supporting the team with organizing design assets and tracking project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help execute AB tests and localization efforts effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ASO and mobile game design.
