About The Position

This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who wants to break into Customer Success in SaaS. You’ll work closely with Senior CSMs to support customer onboarding, communication, and ongoing account management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple tasks without dropping details.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or exposure to SaaS, customer-facing roles, or startups
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel/Google Sheets
  • Interest in AI, automation, or customer experience
  • Experience with communication tools (email, chat, CRM workflows)

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new customers alongside Senior CSMs
  • Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption, and engagement
  • Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-ups
  • Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items
  • Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively
  • Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar tools) with accurate data
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance
  • Help prepare materials for check-ins and QBRs
