About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role blends client account management with proactive business development, offering hands-on experience in consultative sales, enterprise account growth, and strategic client engagement. This position is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates seeking to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
  • Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity
  • Consistently work toward defined revenue goals and performance KPIs
