Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service offerings within current accounts
  • Drive new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and actively manage sales pipeline activity
  • Consistently achieve defined revenue targets and performance KPIs
