About The Position

LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS CENTER FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION innovation (CTEi) Junior Building Custodian Full-time, year round position. Experience preferred. POSITION DESCRIPTION: CTEI/LHS are seeking a Custodian for 8 hours per night, 5 nights per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general cleaning and supply stocking for classrooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, corridors, etc.; function set up/breakdown; coverage for weekend events; snow shoveling/removal; special projects as assigned; other related duties; Scheduled for evening shifts (generally 2pm - 10:30pm). Day shift during the summer months. Please submit resume and letters of reference. Salary commensurate with related experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform manual labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects, shoveling snow, etc.
• ability to operate cleaning equipment (buffer, scrubber, vacuum, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a State and Federal criminal background check
• must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• experience in the use of personal computers and other modern office equipment, including office software

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred.
