About The Position

Crowned Grace International is recruiting a Junior Analyst FIOA for the Veterans Administration (VA) with experience in the Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) with experience in the Freedom of Information Act (FIOA). The Junior Analyst - FIOA supports FOIA request processing by conducting initial reviews, performing searches, drafting response materials, and applying exemptions under supervision. Your contribution helps ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion, making a meaningful impact on transparency efforts.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of an Associate degree
• One (1) year of FOIA experience within the last 24 months.
• Ability to apply FOIA exemptions accurately and consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional responses.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database tools.
• Ability to conduct effective internet and records research to support FOIA search and review activities.
• A successful background check and drug screen is required

Nice To Haves

• Additional FOIA experience may substitute for formal FOIA training.
