About The Position

Guggenheim Investments is seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst to work directly with the Lead Administrative Analyst in providing exceptional support to the Office of the President. This role requires strong organizational skills, professional discretion, and the ability to work independently while maintaining seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders and priorities. This position is based in Stamford, CT and requires on-site presence five days per week. This is a Non-Exempt position

Requirements

  • Ability to work in Stamford most days with occasional visits to our NYC office
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or closely aligned roles
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Ability to flex with hours as needed for deadlines, projects, last-minute requests
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an administrative support role in the financial services sector
  • Experience in an asset management/investment firm

Responsibilities

  • Manage President calendar, ensure necessary participants have been invited and have accepted, prepare agenda in advance, coordinate with other participants and/or information presenters, and prepare action minutes if applicable.
  • Ensure materials needed for meetings with President are in line with agendas and expectations, as well as delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Collate and present meeting requests accurately to the Office of the President for approval including escalating urgent requests.
  • Organize materials for calls, meetings, and travel, providing participant profiles for Office of the President / President as needed.
  • Maintain shared drive with files for ease of use in future in an organized and logical fashion.
  • Maintain President list of priorities in Monday.com.
  • At the direction of the Office of the President, will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Working with other staff members in the Office of the President to arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Assist in event planning or internal/external meetings when needed.
