We're on the lookout for a Junior Accountant who will handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software (Saldeo, Symfonia will be a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the finance field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Communication skills in Polish and English at least B2 level (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Processing and recording expense documents in the accounting system
  • Ensuring timely receipt and flow of documents
  • Verifying and processing employee expense claims and reimbursements
  • Providing data and assistance during the preparation of budgets
  • Assisting in preparing financial audit
