Junior Accountant
About The Position
The Accountant manages full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting monthly close, reconciliations, and general accounting functions. We’re looking for someone who: ? Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ? Has 2–3 years of accounting experience focused on AP/AR ? Understands accounting principles and demonstrates strong analytical skills ? Works well independently and collaboratively ? Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy ? Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats ? Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks ? (Preferred) Has ERP system experience
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, monitoring payments/credits, and following up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues
- Assist the Controller with monthly close and preparation of financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Monitor spending against budget
- Support tax filings and audits
- Perform cost accounting and other accounting duties as needed
