About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing firm specializing in experiential campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events. Our team partners with leading brands to create engaging, high-impact customer experiences that drive awareness and results. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Junior Account Executive to join our team and grow into a client-facing leadership role. As a Junior Account Executive, you will support account managers and senior executives in coordinating client campaigns, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activations. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and clear advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • No prior experience required—training provided

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and supporting day-to-day communications
  • Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials
  • Support planning and execution of brand activations and promotional events
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaign success
  • Help prepare client presentations, reports, and performance updates
  • Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and client feedback
  • Contribute ideas to improve engagement and campaign performance
