About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated junior UX Designer eager to learn the craft of user-centered design along the CX path. You’ll create wireframes and user flows, support research and strategy work, and collaborate with our design team to build thoughtful digital experiences. This is a growth role—you’ll work alongside experienced Design Directors, learn our process, and develop your skills while contributing to real client projects.

Requirements

1+ years of UX design experience (internships, freelance, or self-initiated projects count!)
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Portfolio demonstrating solid wireframing skills and UX process
Genuine curiosity about user behavior and what makes people tick
Strong motivation to learn and grow in UX
Clear communication skills
Awareness of current UX trends, tools, and industry resources

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools or AI-driven design experiments
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Basic knowledge of research methods or analytics tools
UX writing interest

Responsibilities

Create clear, well-structured wireframes (low to mid-fidelity) that solve user and business problems
Design user flows, site maps, and information architecture documentation
Build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review
Translate research insights into functional wireframe solutions
Document interaction patterns, specifications, and requirements
Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
Assist with user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing
Help synthesize findings into insights and user personas
Support competitive analysis and journey mapping
Participate in stakeholder sessions
Work with senior designers to refine and develop your work
Participate in client presentations and design critiques
Partner with developers on implementation
Contribute to design system development
