As a User Experience Designer, you will transform business vision and customer needs into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to bring ideas to life—from concept through implementation—while advocating for the end user. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles, workflows, and usability best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience presenting design concepts to product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Strong visual design skills and experience working within design systems.
  • Familiarity with financial and/or banking terminology, systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and customer needs into compelling UI designs and user experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts using tools such as Figma.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design intent and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct and interpret user research to inform design recommendations and iterative improvements.
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, design systems, and best practices.
