The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities and is highly organized . SUMMARY: Assistant to team of sales representative. Answers incoming calls, set appointments with customers and processes paperwork.

Requirements

Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
1+ year of customer service experience
2+ years of Administrative experience
Intermediate computer literacy

Nice To Haves

RV knowledge is preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Field phones calls / emails from customers inquiring about service or appointments.
Schedules customer with date and time slot for appointment.
Communicates with other departments and team members to coordinate repairs; timeline updates and ordering parts
Follows up with technician and customer and communicates all follow up repairs.
Organizes appointment schedule to optimize technician routes.
Heavy data entry and other administrative tasks.
