Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jr. Sales Recruiter to join our team in Boca Raton, FL and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier sales talent. As a Jr. Sales Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to source, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who will drive our company's sales initiatives to new heights. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of successfully filling sales and other types of roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Breezy, Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify new sourcing strategies and channels.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Experience using Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future sales positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Breezy HR.
  • Perform other duties as instructed.
