About The Position

Graham Technologies is seeking a Jr. Logistics Specialist to support logistics operations, including property accountability, inventory tracking, and documentation management, to ensure full compliance with government regulations and organizational policies. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining accurate property records, supporting inventory control processes, and contributing to efficient logistics operations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to regulatory frameworks, and the ability to support mission-critical logistics functions within a secure, government environment. Location: Springfield, VA

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years total experience
• At least 2 years' specialized experience in logistics, inventory, or property management
• Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic logistics and inventory systems
• Attention to detail and process compliance

Nice To Haves

• 8-10+ years supporting DoD / IC / Federal programs
• Bachelors' degree
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• DAWIA Level I (Logistics)
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
• FAR / DFAR and Government Property Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and inventory records
• Support asset tracking and disposal processes
• Prepare logistics documentation and reports
