About The Position

To review, process, fund, or on-board loans, i.e.: consumer non-real estate, consumer mortgage, commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, oil & gas, agriculture, and SBA. Review loan documents for lien perfection. On-board promissory note per loan document including tracking for recordings, update documents as needed, process payments as needed, and Reconcile, create tickets or keyboard post all general ledger transactions. Email communications as needed to lending staff.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Loan Document & Real Estate Documentation
• Time Management Skills a must
• Experience in credit, loan servicing or administration operations covering 3+ years’ experience in loan covenant perfection, borrowing base calculations, DTI and LVT ratio calculations with an emphasis of complex commercial and industrial documentation

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a financial institution helpful
