About The Position

The Department of State has entrusted VMD to perform internal and external-facing informational websites and web applications activities specifically for the Bureau of Consular Affairs. VMD’s mission is to perform operational & maintenance activities over websites to support the functional & security posture of its website governance, architecture, and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel.
• Must have excellent (verbal and written) communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• IT classes or training if possess a non-technical degree

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts and Scrum teams to define and document business functional requirements and rules.
• Develop meeting minutes, procedures, manuals, and other documentation
• Learn how to respond to, troubleshoot, facilitate and fulfill helpdesk tickets.
• Learn to support daily/weekly/quarterly Scrum ceremonies
• Learn to support the reporting of Scrum/release metrics to the Program as needed.
• Learn to support testing of new releases, as necessary.
