About The Position

We’re an experiential marketing agency looking for a Part-Time, Project-Based Jr. Account Coordinator to support one of our Account Managers on live programs and activations. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As a Jr. Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping bring campaigns to life by supporting day-to-day coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documents
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump where needed

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, agency, or coordination is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day program execution
  • Assist with event staff coordination, scheduling, and training support
  • Help track budgets, invoices, and expenses
  • Support travel arrangements for staff and internal teams
  • Prepare logistics documents, schedules, and run-of-shows
  • Assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and asset management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Staffing, Production, Finance)
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and project documentation
  • Handling administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
