About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee the staff and operations Consistently demonstrate superior customer service and act as a positive role model for all team members Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on guest interactions Immediately address service issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction Direct the daily work activities of assigned personnel Properly schedule and assign stations while managing labor costs Coach, counsel, discipline, and train team members Assist with special and routine projects as necessary Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive working relationship with all team members Inspire team members with clear direction QUALIFICATIONS : Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Must possess a valid state driver’s license Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Fluency with Microsoft Office Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale inventory systems Willing and able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions Interested applicants can apply directly at www.visitowa.com/employment

Requirements
