About The Position
Prime Home DDS is seeking a caring and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community‑based employment settings. This is a part‑time role with the potential to grow into full‑time. What You'll Do Provide on‑the_job coaching and guidance Help individuals learn job tasks and workplace expectations Support skill‑building, independence, and confidence Maintain simple, accurate documentation Work collaboratively with employers and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass a background check
