About The Position

Job Coach (Part‑Time) – Flexible Hours Prime Home DDS is seeking a caring and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community‑based employment settings. This is a part‑time role with the potential to grow into full‑time. What You'll Do Provide on‑the‑job coaching and guidance Help individuals learn job tasks and workplace expectations Support skill‑building, independence, and confidence Maintain simple, accurate documentation Work collaboratively with employers and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
• Ability to work independently
• Must pass a background check
