Job Coach
About The Position
A Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job site to help them learn the skills necessary to become independent at their job. You build positive relationships with the individuals we work with, their families, support team, and employers. You learn about many job fields, become more familiar with your community, and feel the reward of helping others. Imagine helping people: Build confidence Learn a new skill Grow professionally As a Job Coach, you get to work closely with the individuals we serve to help them build independence and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or above.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
- A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
