Our Job Coach will be integral in teaching students/clients how to perform a job, including, how to integrate into the job setting, appropriate social skills for the setting and specific job tasks.. SALARY RANGE: $15.50–$22.02/hr Salary range depends on related experience, credentials, education, and regular use of a second language in your role. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience or knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Flexible schedule including some weekends
• Valid Ohio driver’s license + auto insurance (per requirements)
• Willingness and ability to transport clients
• Current CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Pass background checks (BCI/FBI), controlled substance test & TB Test

Responsibilities

• Coach and support a small group of students/clients at worksites
• Assist with transportation to and from job locations
• Teach job-related tasks and positive workplace social skills
• Collect onsite skills and behavior data
• Stand for extended periods and work both indoors/outdoors as needed
• Create job task analyses to support learning and success
